Ramzi Kaiache is a Financial Services operations leader who turns complex digital and AI transformation into P&L results — delivering programs across banking, insurance, and wealth.
He has led $1B enterprise AI and digital portfolio spanning four global segments and ten countries, and runs global operations of 750+ people across Canada and India. Before financial services, he launched a new commercial aircraft type into service and worked reservoir operations across the Gulf and North Africa - industries where an execution failure is physical.
He works on one question: why ambitious strategies stall before they become results, and what has to change for AI to land. Native Arabic speaker, educated in the UAE and Canada.
He is currently completing AI That Delivers, a book on why AI programs stall and what it takes to move them into the P&L.
